红萍盐害若干生理生化机理的探讨

摘要: 由繁殖系数测定表明,回交萍耐盐阀值为0.8% NaCl浓度.生理生化指标测定结果是在盐胁迫下脯氨酸(Pro)含量积累、电解质外渗率和丙二醛(MDA)含量增加.细胞保护酶活性测定表明,SOD和POD酶活性随盐浓度的升高而升高;CAT对盐反应敏感,在低盐浓度酶活性急剧升高.不同盐胁迫下酯酶同功酶谱分析表明,盐胁迫诱导基因表达新的酶带,同时抑制原有的一些酶带.认为红萍盐害主要由脂质过氧化作用和渗透胁迫引起.Abstract: The results of propagation coefficient test showed that salt-tolerant threshold of back-crossed azolla was 0.8% NaCl concentration. The physiological and biochemical indexes were mea-sured under salt stress condition. The content of proline was accumulated, and the plasmalemma permeability(PP)and malonidialdehyde(MDA)content increased. The measurement on cell pro-tective enzymes showed that SOD and POD activities increased with the increase of salt concentra-tions; CAT reacted sensitively to salt, its activity increased rapidly under the low salt stress. The analysis on esterase isoenzyme spectra in different salt concentrations showed that the salt stress induced the relevant genes to express new bands and inhibited some original bands. It was suggest-ed that the saline harmness in azolla might be as a result of lipid reoxidation and osmotic stress.
