Study the Determination of Cellulose,Hemicellulose and Lignin in feed by FIBERTEC 2010 Semi-automatic Fiber Analyzer

摘要: 范氏洗涤纤维分析法 (Van Soest法) 在国际上已广泛使用, 但采用传统的操作方法测定结果的精密度不理想。采用传统操作方法和FIBERTEC2010半自动纤维分析仪分别测定饲料中纤维素、半纤维素、木质素的含量。结果表明采用Fibertec 2010半自动纤维分析仪法测定精密度高, RSD<4%, 平行样的重现性优于传统操作法, 并发现添加硅藻土有助于提高试验结果的重现性。同时, 对传统操作法所参考文献中的计算公式进行探讨, 并提出修改和补充意见。Abstract: Van Soest method is commonly applied for fiber analysis worldwide, even though its measurement is known to be imprecise.Using an FIBERTEC2010Semi-automatic Fiber Analyzer, we determined the contents of cellulose, hemicellulose and lignin in feed to compare with the results obtained by the Van Soest method.The new method showed a variation coefficient of RSD less than 4% with a significantly improved degree of precision.This article presents the modified methodology as well as a formula for result calculation.
