Investigation on Epidemiology of Co-infection of PCV2,P1 and TTV

  • 摘要: 【目的】研究2012年我国部分地区猪圆环病毒2型 (PCV2) 、类猪圆环病毒P1和猪输血传播病毒 (TTV) 混合感染的情况。【方法】采用PCR方法对采集自我国江苏、安徽和浙江3省的108份组织和血清样品进行PCV2、P1和TTV检测。【结果】PCV2感染率为64.81%, P1感染率为12.96%, TTV1感染率为33.33%, TTV2感染率为51.85%, 其中8份样品表现为PCV2和P1的混合感染, 42份样品表现为PCV2和TTV的混合感染, 4份样品表现为PCV2、P1和TTV的混合感染, 分别占样品总数的7.41%、38.89%和3.7%。【结论】猪群中PCV2和TTV的感染比较普遍, P1的感染率较低, PCV2和TTV的混合感染率较高, 混合感染种类复杂, 加重了疫病防控的难度。
