Effect of Light Exposure on PRL Gene Expression of Xingguo Gray Goose

摘要: 为调节兴国灰鹅繁殖的季节性, 选择健康且体重均匀的兴国灰鹅进行短光照处理, 分析光照处理对兴国灰鹅的垂体、下丘脑、卵巢和输卵管4个组织催乳素 (PRL) 基因表达的影响。研究结果表明, PRL基因mRNA在垂体、下丘脑、输卵管和卵巢的表达依次降低, 垂体的表达最高, 卵巢最低。与自然光照处理 (对照) 相比, 试验组垂体和输卵管PRL的表达显著低于对照组 (P<0.05) , 下丘脑和卵巢PRL的表达在试验组和对照组间无明显差异, 表明光照处理的兴国灰鹅在产蛋期PRL基因表达明显减少。Abstract: Randomly selected healthy Xingguo grey geese with a male to female ratio of 1to 5were divided into two groups.The treatment group was exposed to artificial light, and the control under natural conditions.The pituitary, hypothalamus, ovary and oviduct were collected from the geese for tests.The mRNA expression of the PRL genes was found to decrease in all four organs, with the highest expression in the pituitary and the lowest in the ovary of the geese.The treatment group had a significantly lower expression in the pituitary and oviduct than control (P<0.05) , but did not differ significantly in the hypothalamus and ovary.
