两种腐食性蚤蝇口器的形态观察

Morphological Observation of Mouthparts of Two Saprophagous Phorid Flies

摘要: 对2种腐食性蚤蝇, 东亚异蚤蝇Megaselia spiracularis Schmitz和广东栅蚤蝇Diplonevra peregrina (Widemann) 的成虫口器进行解剖观察, 确认2种蚤蝇口器属于典型舔吸式口器, 在口缘齿形状、伪气管数量等均有明显不同, 反映其取食功能差别。口器构造存在明显的性二型现象。

Abstract: The mouthpart morphology of two saprophagous phorid flies, Megaselia spiracularis Schmitz and Diplonevera peregrina (Widemann) (Diptera:Phoriae) were examined with digital photography microscope system.The results showed that the two kinds of typical sponging mouthparts were different from each other in shape of perstomal teeth, numbers of pseudotracheae, sensilla, etc, which suggested difference in their feeding function.Sexual dimorphism was observed in the mouthparts of both the two species.
