摘要:
为分析文心兰花粉活力与杂交结荚性,以20个文心兰种质为材料,利用2,3,5-氯化三苯基四氮唑对花粉活力进行测定,并配制杂交组合进行杂交授粉试验。结果表明:文心兰花朵开放当天其花粉活力最高,不同品种间花粉活力有差异,其中16个种质的花粉具有活力,活力变化范围为2.00%~72.33%;以花粉具有活力的品种作为父本,共配制杂交组合27个,其中14个组合获得发育成熟的果荚,结荚率变幅为8.33%~94.83%,文心兰种间杂交结荚组合比率为70.00%,高于属间杂交的41.18%。

Abstract:
To analyze the pollen vitality and hybrid pod setting ability of Oncidium,20 varieties were used as materials,2,3,5-Triphenyl Tetrazolium Chloride(TTC)was applied to determine the pollen vitality,and mating combinations were prepared for hybridization pollination experiments.The results showed that the highest pollen vitality of Oncidium was occurred when the day flowers blooming.Pollen vitality performed differently between the varieties and 16 varieties showed pollen vitality with range from 2.00% to 72.33%.The varieties with pollen dynamic were used as male parent,27 hybrid combinations were prepared,the 14 of them were mature in fruit with pod setting rate from 8.33%to 94.83%.The rate of pod setting was higher in interspecific hybridization(70.00%)than in intergeneric hybridization(41.18%).
