Composition of Elements in White of Fuding

摘要: 对大白茶茶树新老叶的Fe、Al、F、稀土及其组成进行分析比较。结果表明:大白茶新老茶叶中Fe、Al、F、稀土含量差异明显,老叶Fe、Al、F、稀土含量较新叶分别高出2.98、13.27、6.19、11.83倍,差异显著(P<0.05)。大白茶新老叶稀土组成特征相似,以钇、镧、铈、钕4种元素为主,老叶中各稀土元素含量均显著高于新叶,其中老叶未检出钪元素,新叶未检出钪、钐、镝、铒、镱。茶叶对重稀土元素的富集能力高于轻稀土元素。随着叶龄的增长,茶叶对不同轻稀土元素的富集能力也有所差异,从强到弱依次为钕、铈、镧、钇。Abstract: Trace elements(i.e.,Fe,Al,F and rare earth)in the white tea from Fuding were analyzed.The compositionin the leaves differed by the age of the tea.Their contents tended to increase with time.The Fe,Al,F and rare earth in the older leaves were 2.98,13.27,6.19 and 11.83 times,respectively,higher than those in the younger ones(P<0.05).The rare earthelements were similar,mainly Y,La,Pr and Nd,withsignificantly higher contentsin the older than the younger leaves.Sc was not found in the old leaves,nor were Sc,Sm,Ty,Er and Yb in the young leaves.The white tea accumulatedmore heavythan light molecular weight elements.For thelight rare earth,the accumulation rates ranked in the order of Nd>Ce>La>Y.
