Process and Antioxidant Activity of Flavonoid Extract from Abelmoschus esculentus

摘要: 采用微波辅助提取法提取黄秋葵中的黄酮类化合物,通过单因素和正交试验确定最佳条件:体积分数70%乙醇为提取溶剂,温度70℃,料液比1:40(g·mL-1),时间40 min,黄酮提取率2.78%,相对标准偏差RSD为0.635%,该方法提取率较高、稳定可行;采用DPPH和ABTS自由基法测定提取的黄酮类化合物抗氧化活性,IC50分别为1.21、1.06 mg·mL-1,表现为较强的抗氧化活性。Abstract: A microwave-assisted processes to extract flavonoids from Abelmoschus esculentus was optimized by a single factor and orthogonal experiment. By using 70% ethanol as the solvent, A. esculentus in a solid-liquid ratio of 1:40 (g·mL-1)was extracted at 70℃ for 40 minutes. The yield of flavonoids was 2.78% with a relative standard deviation of 0.635%. The resulting extract was tested for its antioxidant activity by means of DPPH and ABTS radical scavenging capabilities to show IC50at 1.21 mg·mL-1 and 1.06 mg·mL-1, respectively. It appeared that the current method could render a high yield on flavonoids that showed a substantial antioxidative activity.
