Effects of Short-term High-temperature Exposure on Survival and Reproduction of Adult Assara inouei Yamanaka

  • 摘要:   目的  研究短时高温对井上蛀果斑螟Assara inouei Yamanaka成虫存活及繁殖的影响,明确该虫对高温的适应性,为准确预测预报该害虫发生提供依据。  方法  以25℃恒温为对照,将井上蛀果斑螟羽化12 h内成虫在35、38、41℃高温下,分别处理1、2、4、6 h后移至25℃适温继续饲养,观察短时高温处理后成虫的存活、寿命、产卵及卵孵化情况。  结果  成虫期短时高温处理的温度和持续时间对井上蛀果斑螟成虫的存活及繁殖有显著影响。随处理温度的升高及处理时间的延长,成虫存活率逐渐降低,寿命和产卵期逐渐缩短,单雌平均产卵量和产卵高峰期产卵量亦逐渐减少,卵孵化率下降,但产卵前期无明显变化。其中,35℃处理1、2 h成虫的存活率、寿命、产卵前期、卵孵化率和对照无显著差异,而产卵期和单雌平均产卵量与对照差异显著。41℃处理4、6 h成虫的存活率、寿命、产卵前期、产卵期、单雌平均产卵量、卵孵化率较对照及35℃相同时间处理差异显著。  结论  短时高温对井上蛀果斑螟成虫的存活及繁殖有不利影响,且随温度的升高和处理时间的延长,影响程度加剧。
