木豆种质不同部位总黄酮含量研究

Study on Total Flavonoid content in Different Parts from Different Kinds of Pigeonpea

  • 摘要: 合理开发利用木豆资源,研究木豆不同品种不同部位总黄酮含量。结果表明,23份木豆种质间、器官间总黄酮含量均存在极显著性差异。木豆不同品种间叶和花的总黄酮含量为2%~4%(11M010除外),荚的总黄酮含量大多分布在2%以内。以早熟、中熟、晚熟3个品种为研究材料,其叶片、荚皮、叶柄、籽粒的总黄酮含量分别为:3.25%、2.23%、0.84%、0.22%,且存在极显著差异;比较不同成熟度木豆叶的总黄酮含量,新叶(4.09%)的总黄酮含量极显著高于成熟叶(2.98%)和老叶(2.69%)。

     

    Abstract: To exploit the pigeonpea resources reasonably, the total flavonoids of the different parts were tested from kinds of pigeonpea. Results showed that, there was highly significant difference of flavonoid content in 23 kinds of pigeonpea, and in different parts of pigeonpea, respectively. The flavonoid contents in the leaves and flowers in different breeds were in the range of 2%-4% (except for 11M010), while the flavonoid contents in the pods were almost less than 2%. The total flavonoid content in leaves from 3 different maturity varieties of pigeonpea was 3.25%, 2.23% in pod skins, 0.84% in petiole and 0.22% in beans, these values were highly significant. Furtherly, the total flavonoid was highly significant higher in new leaves (4.21%) than in mature (2.98%) and old leaves (2.69%).
