茄子3株内生细菌分别与青枯雷尔氏菌混合培养特性研究

Populations of Co-cultivated Endophytic Bacteria from Eggplants and Ralstonia solanacearum

  • 摘要: 采用混合培养的方法,研究3株茄子内生细菌巨大芽孢杆菌(Bacillus megaterium,FJAT-943)、血红鞘氨醇单胞菌(Sphingomonas sanguinis,FJAT-946)、乙酸钙不动杆菌(Acinetobacter calcoaceticus,FJAT-964)与青枯雷尔氏菌(Ralstonia solanacearum,FJAT-1305)数量消长动态。筛选优化培养基配方为:葡萄糖5g.L-1,酵母膏5g.L-1,蛋白胨10g.L-1。混合培养条件下,各菌株生长数量均低于单独培养。菌株FJAT-943和菌株FJAT-1305混合培养体系中,菌株FJAT-1305不能生长;菌株FJAT-946与菌株FJAT-1305混合培养3d,菌株FJAT-1305生长数量为7.40×109 cfu.mL-1,显著低于单独培养的9.78×109 cfu.mL-1;菌株FJAT-964与菌株FJAT-1305混合体系中,生长数量与单独培养均无显著差异。菌株FJAT-943、FJAT-946对菌株FJAT-1305具有显著抑制作用。

     

    Abstract: Microbial growth of the endophytic bacteria isolated from eggplants and Ralstonia solanacearum in co-cultivation was studied.The medium used for the experiment consisted of 5 g·L-1 glucose 5 g·L-1 yeast extract and 10 mg·L-1 peptone.The bacterial populations were lower than when they were cultured alone on the same medium.R.solanacearum(FJAT-1305) could not grow when it was co-cultured with Bacillus megaterium(FJAT-943).The count of FJAT-1305 was 7.40×109 cfu·mL-1 when grown in a same medium with Sphingomonas sanguinis(FJAT-946) after three days.It was significantly lower than 9.78×109 cfu·mL-1 when cultured alone.When FJAT-1305 was co-cultured with Acinetobacter calcoaceticus(FJAT-964),its bacterial count was not significantly different from cultured by itself.It appeared that the growth of FJAT-1305 was inhibited by FJAT-943 or FJAT-946,but not affected by the existence of FJAT-964.
