基于LC/Q-TOF MS的芽胞杆菌代谢组学分析方法
Metabonomics Analysis of Bacillus based on LC/Q-TOF MS

摘要: 建立了基于LC/Q-TOF MS的代谢组学方法,对不同种的芽胞杆菌进行分析,获得具有显著差异性的潜在代谢标记物,并采用分层聚类和PCA数据处理方法对各芽胞杆菌进行分类,建立PLS-DA预测模型。结果表明,不同的芽胞杆菌种间具有显著性差异,该方法可从代谢水平上对芽胞杆菌种属进行分类,为芽胞杆菌的分类提供了一种新的技术手段。Abstract: LC/Q-TOF MS has been applied to the metabonomics analysis of Bacillus.Significant potential metabolic markers were developed by analyzing different species of Bacillus,hierarchical clustering and PCA analysis were used for classification of various Bacillus and PLS-DA prediction model was established.The results showed that there were statistical difference between Bacillus mycoides and Bacillus subtilis.Resultssuggested that metabonomics was a potential classable method to the identification of bacillus.
