水杨酸对洋桔梗切花保鲜的效应

Effect of Salicylic Acid on Cut-flowers Eustoma grandiforum During Vase Periods

  • 摘要: 以不同浓度的水杨酸溶液对洋桔梗切花进行处理,研究瓶插期间鲜重、花径、水平衡值、相对电导率、可溶性蛋白质含量、脯氨酸含量、可溶性糖的变化规律。结果表明:适宜浓度的水杨酸处理可延长切花的寿命,增强花枝鲜重,维持水分平衡,延缓切花蛋白质含量下降与细胞膜相对透性的增大,降低切花中游离脯氨酸的含量;其中以60mg.L-1SA处理的保鲜效果最好。

     

    Abstract: Cut-flowers Eustoma grandiforum were steeped by different concentrations of salicylic acid.The changes of fresh weight,flower diameter,water balance values,relative conductivity,soluble protein content,praline content and soluble sugar content were investigated.The results showed that suitable concentration of salicylic acid could prolong fresh day,increase fresh weigh,maintain water balance,delay the degradation of soluble protein,lower the relative membranes permeability and reduce the content of proline.Our results suggested that 60 mg·L-1 salicylic acid was the best fresh-keeping effect.
