双水压式玻璃纤维增强塑料沼气池工程技术与应用效益

Techniques of Double Water Pressure Biogas Digesters Made of Glass Fiber Reinforced Plastic and its Application Benefit

  • 摘要: 介绍了BHZJ型双水压式玻璃纤维增强塑料户用沼气池的型体结构和发酵工艺技术,通过与传统水泥砖混户用沼气池运行效果的对比分析,表明该沼气池平均池容产气率0.381m3.m-3.d-1、日均产气量2.30m3,比常规传统沼气池分别提高了27.0%和27.8%,充分挖掘了户用沼气的发酵潜力,提高了户用沼气池技术应用的适应性和经济性。同时通过沼气利用效益的计算分析,结果显示,所产生沼气的年能源效益值为煤当量2.613t.a-1、薪柴当量2.51t.a-1和减少生活能源消费开支1 251.6元.a-1,同时能源替代有效地减少温室气体排放,替代燃煤、薪柴对温室气体CO2的减排量分别为3.608 8t.a-1和3.585 4t.a-1,显示出良好的能源效益和生态环境效应。

     

    Abstract: This article introduces the structure and fermentation technology of the double water pressure biogas digesters(BHZJ) made of glass fiber reinforced plastic.Comparing to conventional digesters,results indicated that the biogas generating rate of BHZJ biogas digesters was 0.381 m3·m-3·d-1 in daily average per volume and the daily average gas production was 2.30 m3,which increased by 27.0% and 27.8%,respectively.To evaluate the benefit in use of the biogas digester,the data showed that the annual energy benefits of biogas production in coal-equivalent and firewood-equivalent was 2.613 t·a-1 and 2.51 t·a-1,respectively,which reduced the cost for energy consumption in daily life by 1 251.6 Yuan·a-1.The emission of CO2 reduced by using biogas substitute for energy.The reducing amount of CO2 emission in substitute for coal and firewood was by 3.608 8 t·a-1 and 3.585 4 t·a-1,respectively.
