蝴蝶兰花梗初代培养研究

Culturing Flower-stalks of Phalaenopsis

  • 摘要: 为建立蝴蝶兰“空港甜心”品种花梗芽的高效诱导体系,对影响其营养芽诱导的主要因子,包括消毒时间、花梗不同位置芽、培养基、外源激素及培养温度进行研究。结果显示:以幼嫩花梗中半木质化的花梗II为诱导材料,用0.1%HgCl2溶液消毒处理10min,接种于添加5mg.L-1的6-BA的Hyponex培养基中,并于25/18℃中培养,营养芽诱导及生长最佳。

     

    Abstract: To improve the induction of pedicel auxillary bud forYing Ye Spring Sun Shine orchid(Doritaenopsis Ying Ye Spring Sun Shing),the major trait-affecting factors including disinfecting time,flower-stalk parts,culture medium,exogenous hormone and induction temperature,were studied.The half-lignified pedicel II from the young pedicels was found to be most suitable for the purpose.The shoots induced from pedicel II grew best when disinfected with 0.1% HgCl2 for 10 min prior to culturing on Hyponex with 5 mg·L-1 6-BA/L and then incubated at 25/18℃.The results provided the needed information for improvement on the commercial operation for the orchid induction using pedicel auxillary buds.
