草莓离体再生和种苗繁育体系的建立

摘要: 以‘福莓一号’和‘红实美’草莓为材料,建立了草莓叶片高效离体再生系统,以茎尖为外植体,建立了茎尖脱毒体系。结果表明,‘福莓一号’叶片最佳芽诱导培养基为MS+2.0mg.L-1 6-BA+0.1mg.L-12,4-D,诱导率可达85.7%,‘红实美’叶片最佳芽诱导培养基为MS+2.0mg.L-1 6-BA+0.1mg.L-1IBA,诱导率可达81.9%;2个品种茎尖最佳诱导和增殖培养基为MS+0.5mg.L-1 6-BA+0.1mg.L-1NAA,芽增殖系数为8.78,同时建立一个草莓茎尖培养、组培苗快繁及种苗繁育体系。Abstract: We established a rapid propagation and leave regeneration system of strawberry with the stem tip culture of the Hongshimei and Fumei1 strawberry.Our results showed that the medium MS+2.0 mg·L-1 6-BA + 0.1 mg·L-12,4-D has the optimum induction of leaves shoot for Fumei1 and reaches 85.7%.In the contrast,the medium of MS+2.0 mg·L-1 6-BA + 0.1 mg·L-1 IBA had the optimum induction of leaves shoot for Hongshimei and reached 81.9%.Meanwhile,the medium of MS+0.5 mg·L-1 6-BA + 0.1 mg·L-1 NAA had better induction and propagation of stem tip and the propagation coefficient reached 8.78.In the end,an effective system of stem tip cultivation,multiplication and propagation technology of the virus-free seedling of strawberry was established.
