基于SSR分子标记的青贮玉米自交系遗传多样性分析

Analysis of Genetic Diversity Based on SSR Markers on Silage Maize Inbred Lines

  • 摘要: 利用SSR分子标记技术,以4个代表国内主要杂种优势群的普通玉米标准测验种为对照,对65份青贮玉米自交系进行遗传多样性分析。23对引物在研究材料中共检测到67个多态性片段,平均每对引物的多态性片段为2.9个,每个SSR位点可以检测到的等位基因2~5个不等。聚类分析结果表明,65份青贮玉米自交系可划分为4个类群,较好地反映了供试材料的亲缘关系。

     

    Abstract: SSR was used to construct the heterotic grouping of 69 maize inbred lines,including 65silage maize inbred lines and 4domestic temperate common testers that represent 4heterotic groups used dominantly in China.Using 23SSR primers,67alleles were identified among the inbred lines.The average number of alleles per SSR locus was 2.9,ranging from 2to 5.Genetic similarity coefficient of dice was calculated using the software,NTSYS 2.10e,and a dendrogram of genetic relationship was constructed using UPGM A method.The cluster analysis classified these 65silage maize inbred lines into 4distinct clusters that would better reflect the relationship among them.
