不同基因型普通丝瓜PPO活性的变异及低活性品种的筛选

PPO Activity of Luffa cylindrica Roem

摘要: 通过测定123份普通丝瓜种质资源PPO的活性, 研究普通丝瓜果肉PPO活性的变异, 筛选出低活性的普通丝瓜品种材料, 并对福建省种植的普通丝瓜品种进行评价和筛选。结果表明, 供试普通丝瓜品种PPO活性变异很大, 变异范围为0.008³.176△OD420·min-1·g-1, 变异系数为177.5%, 筛选出低PPO活性的普通丝瓜品种26份作为普通丝瓜品质改良的重要资源加以利用;福建省栽培的普通丝瓜品种之间的PPO活性差异较大, 其中‘农福丝瓜801’和‘金美2号’2个品种PPO活性较低, 品质较好。

Abstract: PPO activities of Luffa cylindrica Roem from the germplasm collection were determined.Varieties that were low in PPO activity were selected.The results showed that the PPO activities were between 0.008-3.176 △OD420 ·min-1·g-1 with a high coefficient of variation of 177.5%.In the end, 26low-activity varieties were chosen for potential quality improvements on luffa.There were significant variations on the PPO activity in 8 common luffas in Fujian.Among them, Nongfu Luffa 801and Jinmei 2were low in PPO activity, and at the same time, exhibited desirable quality characteristics.
