福建省春大豆种质资源的形态多样性研究

The Morphological Diversity of Spring Soybean Germplasm Resources in Fujian

摘要: 通过对福建省125份春大豆种质资源进行形态多样性分析,结果表明:福建省春大豆种质资源具有丰富的形态多样性。20个性状的平均变异系数为26.36%,平均多样性指数为1.372。相关性分析,各性状间存在不同程度的相关。主成分分析前10个主成分的累积贡献率达81.806%。基于形态性状的聚类分析把125份种质资源聚为3大类,各类的农艺性状表现各异。

Abstract: The morphological diversity of spring soybean germplasm resources in Fujian were conducted.The results showed that the morphological diversity was high.The average coefficient of variation was 26.36%,and the average diversity index was 1.372.There were different degrees of correlation among agronomic traits.By the principal component analysis,the cumulative contribution rate of the first 10principal components was 81.806%.Based on the morphological data,125materials were clustered into 3groups.Each group had different agronomic traits.
