水杨酸对西洋杜鹃幼苗抗寒性的影响

Study on the effect of salicylic acid on cold resistance of seedlings of Rhododendron

摘要: 为了解水杨酸(SA)对低温胁迫下西洋杜鹃幼苗生理指标的影响,以“粉红”品种为材料,用浓度分别为0.3、0.5、1.0、1.5、2.0mmol·L-1的水杨酸进行预处理,以喷施清水作为对照,研究0℃低温胁迫下处理4d西洋杜鹃幼苗生理指标的变化情况。结果表明,不同浓度的水杨酸预处理均能提高幼苗的抗寒性,尤以0.5mmol·L-1浓度的SA处理效果最佳。

Abstract: To study the effects of Salicylic acid(SA)on physiological indexes of Rhododendron hybridumunder low temperature stress,the seedlings of cultivar of Fenhong were pretreated with Salicylic acid of different concentration(0.3、0.5、1.0、1.5、2.0 mmol·L-1),with spraying water as the control.and the physiological indexes changes of Rhododendron hybridum under low temperature at 0℃ for 4days were observed.The results showed that SA solution of different concentration could improve the chilling tolerance of seedlings,among which the 0.5 mmol·L-1 solution was the best.
