Abstract:
In this study, the puncture technique and abdominal surgery, two widely used minimally invasive techniques home and abroad, were comparatively analyzed for sex identification of Acipenser Schrenckii. The results showed that Acipenser Schrenckii could heal earlier, had more daily gain and higher survival rate when observing sex with puncture technique than with abdominal surgery, although the abdominal surgery could distinguish sturgeon′s sex a year earlier than the puncture technique. Therefore, the puncture technique is better for the raisers to identify sturgeon′s sex.
