荔波瑶山鸡催乳素基因5′-调控区24-bp插入/缺失变异与早期产蛋性状的关系

Association of 24-bp Indel in PRL 5′-region on Egg-laying of Liboyaoshan Chickens

摘要: 为提高贵州地方鸡种荔波瑶山鸡的产蛋性能, 以催乳素基因PRL为候选基因之一, 利用PCR方法直接检测催乳素基因PRL的5′-调控区24-bp插入/缺失 (-377^-354bp) 变异情况, 并分析其与产蛋性能的关系。结果表明, 荔波瑶山鸡该位点83.8%为缺失型, 无插入纯合子;不同基因型 (PRL+/+、+/-和-/-型) 对荔波瑶山鸡早期产蛋性能均无显著影响 (P>0.05) 。

Abstract: In an attempt to improve the egg-laying of the local Liboyaoshan chickens, PCR analysis was used to detect and identify the possible association of the 24-bp Indel (-377to-354bp) in PRL 5′-region with the egglaying of the chicken.The results showed that the site was a deletion type (83%) and no homozytes of insertion was found.There was no significant differences on the egg-laying performance of the chickens with PRL+/+, +/- or-/- genotypes (P>0.05) .
