Abstract: In order to promote the development of organic agriculture in Fujian province, development pattern and management system of organic agriculture in Fujian and Taiwan were comparatively analyzed, we proposed suggestions on the strategic development orientation, development platform innovation, management entity cultivation for organic agriculture, and put forward how to innovate the organic agriculture combination of Fujian and Taiwan.
