核磁共振NMR技术在环境磷素转化与迁移中的应用研究进展

Application of Nuclear Magnetic Resonance in Studying Phosphorus Migration and Transformation in Environment

  • 摘要: 核磁共振(NMR)作为一种新兴的技术,能在不破坏土壤和植物的情况下解析磷形态结构及其分布规律,突破了传统环境磷素研究的瓶颈,拓展了环境磷素迁移研究的新途径,而被广泛应用于环境研究。本文根据国内外的研究资料,从NMR技术在环境水体、土壤、植物的应用等方面,综述了NMR技术在环境科学研究中的应用进展,分析NMR技术在磷素形态及其迁移转化等研究中的优势,指出NMR技术在环境领域研究中的存在问题,并提出今后研究的发展方向。

     

    Abstract: This article reviews the potential of using nuclear magnetic resonance technology for non-invasive detection of the morphological structure and distribution of phosphorus in soil and plants. It could resolve the bottleneck in the related research and generate new fields of study on phosphorus clean-up in polluted environment. From the published literature, the advantages of using 31P-NMR for phosphorus migration and transformation are discussed in detail. NMR could be applied for studies on water, soil, plant, etc. as well. Furthermore, the existing problems and direction for future research on the applications are presented.
