大孔树脂分离纯化菊芋叶总黄酮工艺研究

Macroporous Resin for Purifying Flavonoids from Leaves of Helianthus tuberosus L.

  • 摘要: 探索大孔树脂分离菊芋叶总黄酮的工艺,分离最佳工艺条件是:大孔树脂型号为X-5;上样流速2 BV·h-1,洗脱液为70%的乙醇,体积为2 BV,控制流速2 BV·h-1。纯化后菊芋叶总黄酮含量提高了3.57倍,结果表明大孔树脂X-5对菊芋叶总黄酮的纯化作用良好。纯化后的菊芋总黄酮有一定还原力。

     

    Abstract: Purification of flavonoids extracted from leaves of Helianthus tuberosus L. utilizing a macroporous resin was investigated. The optimized processing conditions included the use of X-5 resin in a volume twice of BV, a solution feeding rate at 2 BV/h, and 70% ethanol for rinsing. With the resin filtration, the flavonoid content in the extract increased 3.57 times exhibiting a significant reducing capacity.
