不同光质对辣椒幼苗生长发育、光合作用及碳代谢的影响

Effects of Artificial Lighting on Growth, Photosynthesis, and Carbon Metabolism of Chili Pepper Seedlings

    目的 探究不同光质对辣椒幼苗生长发育、光合作用及碳代谢的影响,为辣椒培育壮苗提供理论依据和技术参数。
    方法 以‘ 世纪长龙2号’辣椒为试验材料,设置3种红光(R)和蓝光(B)的组合光处理:红光∶蓝光=2∶1(T1处理)、红光∶蓝光=3∶2(T2处理)、红光∶蓝光=3∶1(T3处理),并以白光为对照(CK),于辣椒两叶一心时,8:00至18:00进行补光处理。研究不同光质对辣椒幼苗株高、茎粗、叶长、叶宽、叶面积、叶片数、叶绿素含量(叶绿素a、叶绿素b、叶绿素a+b)、净光合速率(Pn)、胞间二氧化碳浓度(Ci)、气孔导度(Gs)和蒸腾速率(Tr)、糖含量(果糖、葡萄糖、蔗糖、淀粉含量)及碳代谢关键酶活性(蔗糖合成酶(SS)、蔗糖磷酸合成酶(SPS)、中性转化酶(NI)和可溶性酸性转化酶(AI))的影响。
    结果 不同光质处理下辣椒幼苗株高均高于对照,20、30、40 d时,T3处理株高显著高于CK,分别较CK提高26.22%、27.29%和8.49%;30 d时,T2和T3处理株高显著高于CK,较CK分别增加了10.50%和3.28%。20~40 d时,T1、T2和T3处理叶长均显著高于CK,T3处理叶宽、叶面积和叶片数显著高于CK。3个组合光质下,叶绿素含量均高于对照,其中,T3处理叶绿素a、叶绿素b和叶绿素a+b含量较CK分别增加14.52%、60.00%和52.17%。T2处理的净光合速率、胞间二氧化碳浓度和气孔导度均显著高于CK,较CK分别提高44.65%、43.45%和60.00%。T2处理葡萄糖、蔗糖和淀粉含量与CK相比均最高,分别较CK增加了50.14%、49.2%和34.17%;T3处理中性转化酶显著高于CK,较CK提高21.72%,T1处理蔗糖合成酶显著高于CK处理,较CK增加32.29%。
    结论 红光∶蓝光=3∶2处理(T2)下辣椒幼苗生长健壮,光合速率大,糖含量高,利于碳水化合物的转化和积累,可作为培育壮苗的有效参数。

     

    Abstract:
    Objective Effects of artificial light exposure on growth, photosynthesis, and carbon metabolism of chili pepper seedlings were studied.
    Method Shijilonglong 2 chili pepper plants were grown under the artificial lighting using red (R) and blue (B) lamps in combinations of 2∶1 (T1), 3∶2 (T2) or 3∶1 (T3), along with white light as control (CK).When the two leaves of pepper are in one center, add light from 8:00 to 18:00 , effects of different light qualities on pepper seedlings,plant height, stem diameter, leaf length, leaf width, leaf area, number of leaves; chlorophyll content (chlorophyll a, chlorophyll b, chlorophyll a+b); net photosynthetic rate (Pn), intercellular carbon dioxide concentration (Ci), stomatal conductance (Gs) and transpiration rate (Tr); effects of sugar content (fructose, glucose, sucrose, starch content) and key enzyme activities of carbon metabolism (sucrose synthase (SS), sucrose phosphate synthase (SPS), neutral invertase (NI) and soluble acid invertase (AI)) 【Result】Comparing to CK, the lighting of various R+B lamp combinations grew taller seedlings in 20d、30d、40 d. The plants were 26.22% taller under T1, 27.29% under T2, and 8.49% under T3. On the 30th day, those under T2 were 10.50% and those under T3, 3.28% taller. The seedling leaves were significantly longer in 20–40 d under the combination lighting, and significantly wider, larger, and more numerous under T3. The chlorophyll a, chlorophyll b, and total chlorophyll of the seedlings increased by 14.52%, 60.00%, and 52.17%, respectively, under T3, while the net photosynthetic rate, intercellular CO2 concentration, and stomatal conductance became significantly 44.65%, 43.45%, and 60.00%, respectively, higher under T2. The contents of glucose, sucrose, and starch peaked with 50.14%, 49.20%, and 34.17%, respectively, increases under T2. Meanwhile, the neutral invertase activity rose significantly 21.72% under T3, and the sucrose synthase activity 32.29% under T1.【Conclusion】Chili pepper seedlings grew robustly when exposed to the combined R and B lamps in 3:2 ratio (T2) that boosted photosynthetic rate and sugar content to significantly enhance the carbohydrate transformation and accumulation in the plants.
