摘要: 探讨了868细菌发酵产物作为鱼饵料添加剂对鱼肉质的影响。结果表明,868菌作鱼饵料添加剂在提高鱼产量的同时,并不影响鱼肉质及体型,而某些品质如脂肪含量、氨基酸含量及含水量有不同程度的改善。Abstract: The paper focuses on the effect of a bacterial product 868 as the feed additive on fish meat quality The results showed that adding 868 in the culture of Tilapia mossarmbea and Anguilla Japonica increased the production without affecting the quality and fish figure Moreover, some quality of fish such as the content of fat, amino acid and water have been improved.
