旱稻原生质体再生植株的性状表现

Characters of the Regenerated Plants From Upland Rice Protoplasts

  • 摘要: 从早稻仿野87-707品系种子中诱导的愈伤组织,在氨基酸培养基中进行细胞悬浮培养,取该细胞悬浮培养物游离的原生质体,培养在KM8P培养基中得到原生质体再生愈伤组织,经不同分化培养基的培养均得到再生植株,当小苗长到5~8cm时,从试管移栽到蛭石中过渡,待小苗长到10-15cm时,再移栽到盆钵中,同时播种该品系的种子作为对照。在各生育期分别对再生植株和对照株的某些性状作多次调查,观察株高、分蘖数、穗长、结实率、穗粒重和有效穗粒千粒重等性状,认为大多数再生植株性状正常,但个别的却发生了明显的变异。

     

    Abstract: A total number of 9 regenerated plants from protoplasts were obtained.Genetic character at various growth stages and fertiliting stages of 9 Plants and the controls were observed.The characters of the most regenerated plants were similar to those of the controls, but there were significantly differente in the height of plant, length of main planicle, grains per panicle, fertility and growth duratiort of a few plants.
