“莆大麦5号”选育与大麦抗白粉病育种途径探讨

Breeding of“Pudamai 5”and Study on the Breedinq Way for Resistant to Powdery Mildew of Barley

  • 摘要: 针对福建大麦品种白粉病重、影响大麦扩大种植和产量提高,选用抗白粉病和黄花叶病、耐湿性强、熟相好、品质优的四棱大麦“木石港3号”,与本省大面积种植的二棱大麦品种“莆大麦4号”杂交,育成了丰产性好,抗白粉病和赤霉病,品质优良的饲用型莆大麦5号新品种,在大麦抗白粉病育种上取得突破性进展。其主要经验是:正确制定育种目标,突出抗白粉病性和丰产性状,广泛开拓抗源,科学选配组合,创造发病条件,严格选择抗病单株,加代繁殖种子,加速示范和推广。

     

    Abstract: Barley varieties in Fujian province had been seriously infected by Powdery Mildew,it heav-ily limited the increasement of yield,so the high quality and disease-resistant variety─ “Mushigang3”were used to crossed with”pudamaiyand a new feeding barley variety with good-harvest,high quality and disease-resistant-pudamai 5 have been bred,it made a breakthrough progress in Powdery Mildew resistant breeding.The main experience were showed as follow:to make a correct objetion of selection,give prominence Powdery Mildew resistant and good-har-vest characteristic,open up disease resistant resources in extensive,make scientific crossing de-sign,create profitable condition for disease,select vigorous disease-resistant plant,propagate seeds twice a year,speed up demonstration and popularization.
