番鸭、家鸭及其属间杂种的染色体比较研究

Comparative Studies on the Chromosomes of Muscovy Duck,Domestic Duck and Their Intergeneric Hybrid

摘要: 用骨髓细胞染色体制片法,分析了番鸭、白羽蛋鸭及其杂种F1的有丝分裂中期染色体核型。三种鸭的染色体数目2n绝大多数为78.番鸭的第1号染色体是亚中着丝点染色体(sm),白羽蛋鸭是中部着丝点染色体(m),第2号均为中部着丝点染色体(m);性染色体为;zs/zw型,番鸭的z染色体为端着丝点染色体(t),白羽蛋鸭为亚端着丝点染色体(st);其余染色体均为端着丝点染色体(t).番鸭和家鸭的第1号染色体和;染色体的核型不同是造成巳不育的主要原因。

Abstract: The Chromosome preparations were made from myelocvtes of Muscovy duck,white feather egg-laying duck and their F1 hybrid.The metaphase chromosomes in mitotic cells were ana-lyzed.The diploid chromosome number with few exceptions in these ducks was 78.Pair 1 chromo-somes of Muscovy duck were submetacentric,White feather egg-laying duck′s chromosomes were metacentric;Pair 2 chromosomes of Muscovy duck and White feather egg-laying duck were meta-centric;sex chromosornes were zz/zw,Z chromosomes of Muscovy duck were telocentric,White feather egg-laying duck was actocentric,The other chromosomes were telocentriC.The dif-ferent karyotype in pair 1 and Z chromosome of Muscovy duck and Whlte feather egglaying duck was the major reason of infertility in their F1.
