摘要

摘要: 本文分析比较了袋料仿野生栽培得到的富锗灵芝、普通灵芝与野生灵芝的一般营养成分、氨基酸、微量元素,结果表明富锗仿野生栽培效果接近野生灵芝。

Abstract: The Present paper reported the nutritional component of Geenriched Fruit bodies.The general nutritional copmonents,amino acids and mineral elements in Ge-enriched fruit bodies of Ganoderma lucidum was analyzed to compared with that grow in logs naturally.The results showed that the quality of G.lucidum cultivated in the Geenriched sawdust bags was similar to that grown naturally in logs.
