甘薯青枯菌的生理小种研究

A Study on Physiological Races ot Pseudomonas solanacearum in Sweet Potatoes

  • 摘要: 从闽、粤、赣、江、浙5省甘薯青枯病区采集分离到的甘薯青枯菌株(Pseudomonas solanacearum)通过对寄主范围、浸润反应和黑色素形成的测定,结果表明,参试的63个甘薯青枯菌株均能侵染烟草和多种茄科植物,但侵染力的大小因菌株间致病力的差异而不同,63个菌株均不能侵染香蕉。参试的26个菌株浸润烟叶24~60h均能产生淡褐色至深褐色的坏死枯斑反应,浸润烟叶能力的大小各菌株间略有差异。参试的26个菌株接种在含L一酪氨酸培养基上48h后就能产生黑色素,但不同菌株间产生黑色素能力有一定的差异。结果表明甘薯青枯菌应属于青枯菌生理小种。

     

    Abstract: isolates of Pseudomonas solanacearum in sweet potatoes were obtained from 5 provinces of Fujian,Guangdong,Jiangxi,Jiangsu and Zhejiang.The tests of host range,infiltration and melanin formation showed that 63 isolates could infect tobacco and eggplant, but could not infect hanana.The infective ability was related to the pathogenicity of isolates.The tobacco leaves infiltrated by the isolates could caused necrotic spots in 24~60 hours.The isolates inoculated in the Ltyrosine medium could produce rnelanin.The division of physiological races was discussed.
