谈谈农业科技成果何以转化难及对策

The Difficulties of the Transformation of Achievements of Agricultural Sciences and Technology and Its Countermeasures

摘要: 要提高农业科技进步贡献率,必须强化农业科技成果的转化力度。本文着重分析农业科技成果何以时至今日,仍存在转化难的因素,并探讨了其转化难的原因及对策,为今后提高农业科技进步的贡献率提供科学决策依据。

Abstract: In order to raise the contribution rate of scientific and technological advances,the transforation of scientific and technological achievements must be improved.In this paper the major factors which made difficult for the scientific and technological achievements to transform into productive forces upto date were analyzed,the causes and the wavs to deal withwere also discussed.
