摘要: 对中华鳖暴发性传染病病原进行了研究。从23个病料的肝、肠、肾、心血分离到63个纯培养物,其中45株病株原菌属于亲水气单胞菌,该菌为革兰氏阴性,短杆状,具极生单鞭毛,能运动,氧化酶和接触酶阳性,发酵葡萄糖,抗氨苄青霉素,对其它抗菌素有不同程度的敏感性。研究表明,亲水气单胞菌确系中华鳖暴发性传染病的主要病原之一。Abstract: Systemic investigations orr the pathogons of outbreaks of an infectious disease in softshell turtles were carried out. 63 pure cultutes of the pathogen isolates from liver, intestine,kidney, heart and blood of 23 morbiund turtles were obtained, 45 of the isolates were identified to belong to Aeromoseas hydrophila which were gram-negative,short rod with a single polar flagillum,motile, oxidase and catalase positive,glucose fermenting and resistant to ampicillin but sensitive to a number of other antibiotics tested. The A. hydrophila was confirmed as a majar pathogen which caused an outbreaks of infectious disease in soft-shell Turtle.
