The Recent Advances in New Techniques for A Rapid and Specific Ditection for phytopathogenic Prokaryotes

  • 摘要: 本文讨论了近年来发展起来的特异性强、灵敏度高、快速的植物病原原核微生物检测新技术的原理及应用现状。即酶联免疫吸附测定、单克隆抗体、免疫荧光、免疫电镜和核酸杂交等技术的应用进展。
    Abstract: Discussion is made on the recent advances in new techniques for a rapid, sensitive and specific detection for phytopathogenic prokaryotes. Enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA), monoclonal antibodies, immunoflurescence, immunosorbent electron microscopy (ISEM) and nucleic acid hybridization are described in relation to phytopathogenic prokaryote diagnosis.
