Abstract: With the completing of genomic sequence of several kings of model organisms and rapid development of,more and more interdisciplinaries will come into being for all kinds of research fields. Proteomics, as a new interdisciplinary in the, has become a frontier and fanatic and has been applied in plant pathology widely. The birth, development and research methods of proteomics application in plant pathology are d in this paper. In the meanwhile, the on the proteomics in application is also discussed.
