福州饮食文化资源开发及对旅游发展的影响探讨

摘要: 福州虽然具有丰富的饮食文化资源,但其开发程度低及餐饮旅游的发展滞后,缺乏系统性和全面性。通过介绍福州饮食文化资源构成要素、资源特色及资源价值,阐述其在饮食旅游发展上存在的问题,进一步提出开发福州饮食文化资源,促进海西发展的有效途径与措施。Abstract: Fuzhou is rich in culinary arts,but lags behind on tourism in comparison to some other regions in China.This article describes the resources,characteristics and potential of the local culinary arts and also discusses the difficulties and recommendations for the tourism development.
