闽江流域福州过境段大肠杆菌毒素基因的定性定量分析与季节性变化
Multiplex-PCR analyses and seasonal changes of virulence genes of E.coli isolated from Min river watersheds in Fuzhou

摘要: 分别于不同季节在闽江流域福州过境段的洪山桥和解放大桥断面采集水样,进行大肠杆菌的分离、鉴定,用多元PCR方法对不同季节分离的大肠杆菌毒素基因的时空分布进行定性与定量分析。从分离的2015株粪大肠杆菌中发现840株潜在的致病性大肠杆菌,分别属于肠出血性大肠杆菌(EHEC)、肠聚集性大肠杆菌(EAEC)、肠致病性大肠杆菌(EPEC)和肠产毒性大肠杆菌(ETEC);检出的10种毒素基因中,以扩散性黏附素基因(aidA-1)、热稳定性肠毒素基因(astA)和耐药性因子(sepA)为最多;细菌总量、大肠杆菌总数和致病性大肠杆菌总数在冬季较少,春季较多,夏秋季节达到全年数量的高峰;潜在的致病性大肠杆菌毒素基因的种类和数量也是在冬季最少,春夏季上升,秋季最多。Abstract: Toxic genes of the potential pathogenic E.coli collected in different seasons from Min River watersheds in Fuzhou were analyzed using Multiplex-PCR.The results indicated that 840 out of 2015 E.coli isolates were potential pathogens classified as EHEC,EAEC,EPEC and ETEC groups.Ten virulence genes were detected with dominant genes,aidA-1,astA and sepA.The numbers of bacteria,E.coli and E.coli carrying virulence genes,increased in the spring and summer,peaked in the fall,and decreased in the winter.
