Abstract: For the National Facilities and Information Infrastructure for Science and Technology,and also a need for scientific research on germplasm resources,this paper uses rice as an example to illustrate the meaning of the establishment of a resource sharing platform on germplasm,as well as the system information,database structure,data acquisition and criterion,and the design and principle of the retrieval management system.
