人工诱导枇杷单性结实开花结果习性研究
A preliminary study on loquat parthenocarpy flowering and fruit-bearing by artificial induction

摘要: 以GA3+CPPU诱导早钟6号和东湖早枇杷单性结实,观测其花果物候期、花穗、花朵、果实形态变化,探索了人工诱导枇杷单性结实开花结果的习性。结果表明,人工诱导枇杷单性结实后花果物候期提前,花蕾、果实变长,雌雄异熟,雄蕊先雌蕊3~7 d焦枯,花期缩短;无籽果实生长发育为单"S"型,冬季温暖地区幼果形成期和幼果期需补充足够的植物生长调节剂。Abstract: This experiment induced ZhaoZhong NO.6 and DongHuZhao loquat parthenocarpy by GA3+CPPU to observe the seedless fruit's phenophase,bud spikes,flowers and fruit morphology.We analyzed the fruit growth and development,and explored the flowering habits of the artificially induced loquat parthenocarpy.The results showed that(a) the phenophase of loquat parthenocarpy was advanced by the artificial induction;(b) the buds and fruits became longer;(c) it was dichogamy with the stamen scorched 3-7 days earlier than the pistil;(d) the florescence was shortened;(e) the growth and development of seedless fruits was a single "S" type;and(f) it needed a supply of plant growth regulators during fruit formation and young fruit growth stage in areas of warm climate in the winter.
