Abstract: In order to provide information and a platform to foster development of modern agriculture in Fujian,the Agricultural Sci-tec Information Network was designed and established in Fujian.This article describes the formulation,objectives and contents of the system,as well as its future research,development,software,hardware,network structure,website design,resources development and security.
