Inclusive Development for Key Agricultural Enterprises

摘要: 农业产业化是农业现代化的必然选择。为促进农业产业化的可持续发展,在剖析典型案例及探讨相关理论的基础上,提出共享式发展理念,并强调人力资源、自然资源、文化资源和制度资源等方面的建设与整合,促使利益相关者利益最大化,保障广大农户利益,实现共享式发展。

Abstract: Industrialization of agriculture is inevitable in order to promote and modernize the business. Based on the analysis of the typical cases and relevant theories, the idea of Inclusive Development was formulated. The new concept embraces the elements of human, natural, cultural and institutional resources. It emphasizes benefit maximization for the stockholders, especially the participating small farmers. Inclusive Development strives to ensure the sustainability of the agricultural development as well. At the end, it can result in an all-win outcome.
