Effect of Base Fertilizer Applications on Yield and Quality of Butterbur

  • 摘要: 以蜂斗菜为试材,随机区组设计10个处理,研究了不同基肥施用水平对其产量及可溶性糖、可溶性蛋白质、硝酸盐和粗纤维4个品质指标的影响。结果表明:相同追肥条件下,一定基肥施用范围内,蜂斗菜产量与基肥施用量成正相关,即产量随着施肥量增多而增大;结合经济效益考虑,基肥施用超大生物有机肥2 400 kghm-2为最优处理。可溶性糖、可溶性蛋白质和粗纤维含量均随着基肥施用量的增加呈现先增后减的变化趋势;增施有机肥可降低硝酸盐含量,而无机肥则使硝酸盐含量增大。在土壤肥力中等的田间栽培蜂斗菜,施用2 400 kghm-2超大生物有机肥作为基肥,分次施用1 200 kghm-2澳莱特复混肥作为追肥,易获得产量较高和品质较优的蜂斗菜。
    Abstract: Ten treatments designed by Random Blocks were used to study the effect of various base fertilizer applications on the yield and quality of butterbur on a medium fertility land.The results showed that (a) With a constant top dressing, the vegetable yield increaded with the increased fertilization within a certain range; (b) Taking economic factors into consideration, the application of ChaoDa Bio-organic Fertilizer at the rate of 2 400 kghm-2 as the base fertilizer produced an optimal result; (c) The contents of soluble sugars, soluble protein and crude fiber increased initially and decreased afterwards with the application of organic and inorganic fertilizers; (d) Application of organic fertilizer reduced, while inorganic fertilizer increased, the nitrate content; and, (e) Application of ChaoDa Bio-organic Fertilizer at the rate of 2 400 kghm-2 as the base fertilizer and AoLaiTe Fertilizer at the rate of 1 200 kghm-2 as the top dressing were found to be optimal for high yield and improved quality of butterbur on land of medium fertility grade.
