Abstract: The organization and policies in Taiwan for transforming achievements on agricultural science and technology into industrial/commercial applications are discussed.The Farmer’s Association,as the key organization in the mechanism,combines production,teaching and research to successfully promote the agricultural development in Taiwan.Based upon that experience,recommendations for Fujian agri-business are presented.
