摘要: 通过PCR扩增检测FSHβ基因多态性,分析FSHβ各基因型与繁殖性状的相关性,结果表明:大白、长白及长大杂种母猪FSHβ基因座A等位基因频率较低,分别为0.213 3、0.161 5和0.140 5,B等位基因频率较高分别为0.786 7、0.838 5和0.859 5。该位点多态性与初产母猪的产活仔数、初生窝重存在显著差异(P0.05),与总产仔数和断奶成活数差异不显著(P0.05);与经产母猪的总产仔数、产活仔数、初生窝重和断奶成活数都差异不显著(P0.05)。

Abstract: The polymorphism of FSHβ gene was detected by PCR amplication,and the correlation between the genotypes of FSHβ gene and reproductive traits was analyzed.The result showed that the frequency of A allele of FSHβ gene in Large white,Landrace and their crossbred were lower as 0.2133,0.1615 and 0.1405 respectively,while the frequency of B allele of FSHβ gene were higher as 0.7867,0.8385 and 0.8595 respectively.There were significant differences between the genotypes of the polymorphism site in Number Born Alive (NBA) and Birth Weight (BW) in first parity sows (P0.05),and were not significant difference in Total Number Born (TNB) and Number Born Weaning (NBW) (P0.05);and there were not significant differences between the genotypes of the polymorphism site with TNB,NBA,BW and NBW in Later parity.
