摘要: 高效的针叶树离体培养植株再生体系是应用现代生物技术进行遗传改良和良种繁育的基础。综述了针叶树种离体培养与植株再生的几种方式及其研究进展,提出当前针叶树离体培养植株再生体系研究和应用中存在的问题。

Abstract: Efficient system of in vitro culture and plantlet regeneration of conifer is the base of genetically improving and breeding superior genotype through modern biotechnology.Several ways of in vitro culture and plantlet regeneration of conifer and its research progress were summarized,current problem in the research and the application systems for in vitro culture and plantlet regeneration of conifer were put formard.
