瓜类作物枯萎病生防菌BS-2000和JK-2的分子鉴定

Identification on two biocontrol bacillus strains BS-2000 and JK-2 from fusarium wilt disease of melon crop

摘要: 采用生理生化和16SrDNA两种不同的方法对生防菌BS-2000和JK-2进行鉴定。生理生化鉴定显示,BS-2000属于地衣芽孢杆菌,JK-2属于短短芽孢杆菌;16S rDNA基因的测定与分析表明,BS-2000与B.licheniformis(地衣芽孢杆菌)的同源性达99.9%,JK-2与B.brevis(短短芽孢杆菌)的同源性达99.9%,故推定BS-2000属于地衣芽孢杆菌,JK-2属于短短芽孢杆菌。

Abstract: Classical physiological and biochemical methods and 16S rDNA analysis were used to identify two biocontrol bacillus strains BS-2000 and JK-2.Physiological and biochemical identification showed that BS-2000 related to Bacillus licheniformis, JK-2 related to Brevibacillus brevis.16S rDNA analysis showed that the 16S rDNA sequence of BS-2000 shared 99.9%homologies with sequence of Bacillus licheniformis from GenBank, the 16S rDNA sequence of JK-2 shared 99.9%homologies with sequence of Brevibacillus brevis.So it is considered that the strain of BS-2000 belongs to Bacillus licheniforrais and the strain of JK-2 belongs to Brevibacillus brevis.
