澳洲鳗鲡的核型及银染

Karyotype and Ag-NORs of Anguilla australis

摘要: 采用秋水仙素-低渗-空气干燥法、Howell(1980)的方法(银染),以肾细胞作为材料,对澳洲鳗鲡 (Anguilla australis)的核型及银染进行了研究,结果显示:澳洲鳗鲡2n=38,核型公式为2n=16m+4sm+18t,NF =58,其染色体经快速银染后表明,澳洲鳗鲡的sm2其中一条染色体短臂末端出现银染位点。

Abstract: Chromosome specimen from kidney cells were prepared by using colchicines-low concentration-air drying method and Howell’s (1980) Ag-NORs staining method.The karyotype,Ag-NORs of Anguilla australis was observed.The result showed that the chromosome number of A.australis was 2n=38.The karyotype of A.australis was 2n=16m+4sm + 18t,NF = 58.The Ag-NORs staining pots could be found on the tips of short arm of sm2.
