摘要: 系统回顾了福建省“十五”期间星火计划的实施情况及服务“三农”的成效,并对“十一五”期间星火计划的发展方向与管理策略提出具体建议。

Abstract: The status of carrying out Xinghuo plan and the achievement of Sannong serving project during the tenth five-year plan period in Fujian Province were reviewed.The development directions and managing strategies of Xinghuo plan during the eleventh five-year plan period were suggested in detail in this paper.
