黄岩蜜橘园土壤氮磷钾含量及其生态化学计量比对真菌群落影响

Fungal Community Affected by NPK Contents and Ecological Stoichiometric Ratios in Soil at Huangyan Tangerine Orchards

    目的 探明黄岩蜜橘园土壤氮(N)、磷(P)、钾(K)及其生态化学计量比对真菌群落结构的影响,为产区土壤健康管理提供依据。
    方法 采集蔡家洋、断江、凤洋3个不同核心产区土壤,测定其N、P、K含量与计量比,并利用ITS1区高通量测序技术分析真菌群落结构,运用冗余分析与相关性分析解析二者关联。
    结果 断江产区全氮(Total nitrogen, TN)、碱解氮(Alkaline hydrolyzable nitrogen, AN)、速效钾(Available potassium, AK)含量显著低于蔡家洋与凤洋(P<0.05),凤洋产区速效磷(Available phosphorus, AP)含量显著偏低。断江产区全氮/全磷(TN/Total phosphorus, TP)、全氮/全钾(TN/Total potassium, TK)比值显著低于其他产区(P<0.05)。蔡家洋产区真菌α多样性显著低于其他两产区(P<0.05)。PCoA分析显示,蔡家洋产区真菌群落结构与其他产区显著分离。冗余分析表明,TN含量与TN/TK比值是驱动真菌群落结构的关键因子。TN与有益菌属赛多酵母属(Saitozyma)、木霉属(Trichoderma)等丰度呈正相关,与病原菌镰刀菌属(Fusarium)丰度呈负相关。
    结论 TN与TN/TK是调控黄岩蜜橘园土壤真菌群落结构的关键养分因子,维持适宜的全氮水平和氮钾平衡有助于优化土壤真菌功能,促进土壤健康。

     

    Abstract:
    Objective Effects of NPK contents and ecological stoichiometric ratios in soil on the fungal community at honey tangerine orchards were studied.
    Method Contents and stoichiometric ratios of NPK in the soil sampled from three major production areas, i.e., Caijiayang, Duanjiang, and Fengyang, in Huangyan District, Taizhou, Zhejiang were analyzed and structures of the fungal communities determined using high-throughput sequencing of the ITS1 region. Correlations between the two categories of data were elucidated using redundancy analysis (RDA) and correlation analysis.
    Result Among the three sampling sites, Duanjiang had the significantly lowest contents of total nitrogen (TN), available nitrogen (AN), and available potassium (AK) (P<0.05), and Fengyang the lowest available phosphorus (AP). Duanjiang was also significantly lower on TN/TP and TN/TK ratios (P<0.05), while Caijiayang significantly less on fungal α-diversity (P<0.05) than the other areas. The principal coordinates analysis (PCoA) revealed a significantly differentiated fungal community structure at Caijiayang. The RDA indicated that TN and TN/TK were the critical drivers of the fungal community structure. TN positively correlated with the abundance of beneficial genera such as Saitozyma and Trichoderma but negatively with that of pathogenic genus Fusarium.
    Conclusion TN and TN/TK in soil appeared to be the crucial indicators reflecting the regulation of fungal community at the honey tangerine orchards in Huangyan. Consequently, proper managing on them would help to maintain an ecologically healthy plantation in the area.
